Qlynix provides AI-powered chatbots and automation agents ("Bots") as a subscription service. Each Bot is customized for your business and hosted on our infrastructure.
We offer six categories of Bots with varying complexity and pricing:
All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees (typically $200-$500) are charged once upon project commencement. You may purchase multiple instances of any Bot type.
Discounts apply automatically based on total Bot count:
You may cancel any Bot subscription with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, your Bot will be deactivated at the end of the billing period.
You agree not to use our Bots for:

You retain all rights to your branding, content, and data. Qlynix retains ownership of our underlying technology, code, and AI models. You receive a limited license to use the Bots during your active subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Qlynix's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for:
We target 99.5% uptime for Bot services. See our separate Service Level Agreement for details on credits for downtime.
We may modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may update Bot capabilities, pricing, or discontinue Bot types with reasonable notice.
